Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNRD. Please read this page before using the services, and review the plan details, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy for related rules.

Services and Scope

VPNRD provides access to international routes, subscription details, and client downloads for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage includes 120+ countries / 210+ routes; the available routes and connection methods are listed in the user panel at the time of access.

The service is intended to improve network connections for cross-border access. It does not include accounts for, content licenses from, or third-party subscriptions to destination websites or apps. Regional rules, content availability, and eligibility are determined by the relevant platforms; a successful network connection does not guarantee access to all their features.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; registration requires only a username and password. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription details secure and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual connections are detected, change the password promptly and contact support through a user panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for devices used by the account holder. This does not authorize reselling, renting, or distributing subscriptions to others, or publicly sharing accounts. Subscriptions must not be repackaged as a paid service for others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Check data allowances and billing methods before selecting a plan. See the plans and pricing page for prices. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel and should not be uploaded to public repositories or shared pages.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and during use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, network attacks, or sending malicious traffic.

Users must not attempt to obtain other users' information, disrupt service operations, or exploit technical vulnerabilities to damage systems. Users are responsible for confirming that their use case is lawful. VPNRD provides network access services and does not replace users' own judgment about the legality of content, transactions, or conduct.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, the status of destination services, and device settings. Route maintenance, upstream network changes, or adjustments by third-party platforms may cause interruptions, speed changes, or differences in access results. VPNRD does not guarantee availability at every location or time, or for every destination platform.

If an issue occurs, first check the local connection and subscription status, then submit a ticket with the system or platform, issue details, and time of occurrence. Hide passwords and subscription credentials before submitting materials. Availability limitations in service descriptions do not exclude liability required by applicable law or affect users' rights under the law.

Service Suspension and Account Termination

In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale or public sharing, malicious network disruption, or other violations of these terms, VPNRD may suspend affected connections, restrict account features, or terminate service based on the risk. If harm is ongoing, necessary protective measures may be taken first, followed by review and explanation.

Users who disagree with an outcome may provide relevant details and request a review through a user panel ticket. Connection interruptions caused by an expired subscription or exhausted data allowance are handled under the applicable plan rules and do not constitute termination for a violation.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNRD may revise these terms to reflect service changes or compliance requirements, and will publish updates and the month of revision on this page. Significant changes to usage rules will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Change notices will state the applicable arrangements; updating this page does not replace the review of disputes that have already arisen.

See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data processing. For questions about these terms, visit the support page to find contact options. A no-questions-asked full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment; see the Refund Policy for instructions.
