Route Selection
Choose a route based on the region where your target service is available, then consider your local network and actual connection performance. IEPL, relayed, and direct connections use different paths, so a route’s name alone doesn’t determine how well it will work. Check the account panel for available regions and route types.
If you have connection issues, first check that your subscription is up to date, your plan is active, and your client is configured correctly. Then try another route to compare.

VPNRD follows a no-logs policy and collects only the information needed to provide the service. No email address is required to create an account; just choose a username and password. Information related to your account, orders, and service is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your subscription link is a personal access credential. Keep it secure, and don’t post the full link or your password publicly when troubleshooting.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Plan prices and data allowances are listed on the plans page. Payments are accepted via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and a 7-day refund policy is available.
